Halstead: Thomas the Tank Engine chuffs into town

Thomas the Tank Engine fans will be chuffed to find out that the famous train and his friends will be visiting the Colne Valley Railway, Castle Hedingham on Saturday 28 of September and Sunday 29.
With rides in Thomas running from 10.30am until 3.30pm, and rides in his friend Daisy from 10.15am until 4.15pm there is plenty of opportunity to make friends and tickets allow you to ride at anytime.
Face painting, temporary tattoos, games, story telling and sing-a-longs will be available from the imagination station and the buffet carriages will be serving refreshments.
Tickets:Adult £14, child (under 14’s) £10, senior £12, family tickets £44 (2 adults and 2 children) Open 9.30am until 5pm each day, last entry at 3.15pm.
A Day Out With Thomas will also run on October 5.
