Halstead: Black horse needed for the relaunch of Lloyds
1:55pm Friday 13th September 2013 in News
The Halstead branch of Lloyds is on the lookout for a local horse to play the part of its famous logo.
The bank, whose icon is the black horse, is hoping a local rider may volunteer their steed to help re-launch its High Street branch.
The event, which mayor David Hume is attending, will take place at about 9.45am on September 23.
Organisers are hoping there will be a horse locally available, but added it will need to be calm and used to traffic.
Anyone who can help is asked to call Mark Tolson at the branch on 0845 300 0000.
