Halstead: Surgery changes controversial phone booking system
A surgery has ditched a controversial booking system less than a year after it was introduced.
Elizabeth Courtauld Surgery, in Factory Lane West, Halstead, brought in a new telephone triage system in May 2012.
But the surgery will change its appointment system again from today, citing the inconvenience of the existing system.
