Halstead: Family coach company in administration
A family-run coach company has entered administration after experiencing financial troubles.
Ruffle’s Coaches, based in Gosfield Road, Sible Hedingham, has stopped taking bookings.
Co-owner Glenn Ruffle is hoping the company will be saved by a takeover bid.
The company has been run by Mr Ruffle and his sister Georgina Brown, the children of founder John Ruffle, who established the business in 1955.
Mr Ruffle said: “We have gone into administration but we are hoping for a takeover. We are not taking bookings at the moment. "
