Halstead: Care home extension plans dropped
Pland to build an extension to a care home for people with learning disabilities have been withdrawn.
TLC Care Homes had submitted an application to build accommodation for seven care units at Blamsters Farm, on Mount Hill, Halstead.
A representative for the home has accused Braintree Council officers of changing their pre-application advice at a late stage.
