Halstead: Anger as injured woman waits more than two hours for ambulance
Shop workers and passers-by were dismayed as an elderly woman was left lying in the cold for two hours waiting for an ambulance.
The woman, thought to be in her 80s, fell and suffered a suspected fractured hip outside Thing-Me-Bobs in Halstead High Street on Monday.
