Halstead: Care home nurse admits misconduct
A care home nurse has been disciplined after admitting she increased a patient’s medication without permission.
Sally Plume gave extra doses of insulin to a resident at Attwoods Manor care home, on Mount Hill, Halstead, without consulting a doctor.
The community nurse, who has more than 25 years of experience, was employed by Central Essex Community Services (CECS) to work across the Halstead area.
