Colne Engaine Dramatic Society is back, this time with its annual pantomime.

The group, which has previously performed plays such as Forget Me Knot and Fifty Shades of Grey and pantomimes like Robin Hood and His Band of Merry Persons and Once Upon a Witch, will this year be performing Cinderella and the Velvet Slipper.

This magical fairy story features, fantastic characters, excellent costumes and all the fun of a traditional pantomime.

Come and see if Cinderella gets her man or do the ugly sisters get their way?

Does the witch get the wizard or does the truth lie in the runes?

See if the prince is as handsome as he thinks he is and will the King abdicate and depart for foreign shores?

Relax and laugh at the jokes and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of a traditional panto.

It is being performed in the Colne Engaine Village Hall from January 22 until January 24, with shows at 8pm and a matinee on the Saturday at 2.30pm.

Tickets are £6 for the Thursday evening and Saturday matinee show, and £8 for the Friday and Saturday evening shows.
