The office is in a prime location to cover the areas of West Clacton and Jaywick Sands. Jaywick Sands started life as a holiday village in the 1930's and many of the properties were of timber frame chalet type. Over the years, most of these have been improved and are now both full residential properties and holiday homes. Most of the properties are in close proximity to the beach.
